Sammy & Bella set up a gorgeous kitchen in the gardens of Barilla's Head Office, in Parma, Italy. Using a delicious egg tagliatelle and featuring fresh prawns, they created this simple and super tasty pasta dish.
Whilst visiting the Italian Head Office of Barilla in May, Sammy & Bella spent time with a basil farmer, who supplies fresh basil to Barilla for its famous Pesto Genovese. They couldn't resist the opportunity to cook up a quick orecchiette dish which heroes this delicious ingredient.
Set in the picturesque grounds of Barilla's factory in Parma, Italy, watch as the delightful Sammy & Bella combine fresh produce and local small goods to create an extraordinarily tasty pasta dish, using Barilla's Three Cheese Tortellini.

In Parma, Italy at the same time as the Pasta World Championships were held at Academia Barilla, Sammy & Bella were invited to be on the judging panel for this prestigious event. Alongside esteemed Chefs, food critics and bloggers, Sammy & Bella witnessed 5 nervous Chefs battle it out for the ultimate accolade; the 2015 Pasta World Championship.
This dish won the Pasta World Championship in May 2015, partly in recognition for the unconventional way in which it is cooked, where the pasta is cooked in cream and stock – developing the most amazing flavours as it does.
